The organisation “Public Transport Administration” is committed to making its mobile applications accessible, in accordance with the law of 28th May 2019 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies. This accessibility statement applies to:

• Android-version of the Mobiliteit-App
• Apple-iOS-version of the Mobiliteit-App

What is digital accessibility?

Everyone should be able to easily use and consult the information on a website or an app, in particular people with disabilities and/or using assistive software or specialised equipment (blind, partially sighted or otherwise disabled people).

Compliance status

These mobile applications are not compliant with the European Standard EN 301 549 and RAAM version 1 . The reasons for this non-compliance are listed below.

• At least one decorative graphic element is not ignored by assistive technologies;
• At least one graphic element conveying information does not have an alternative accessible to assistive technologies;
• Information is conveyed solely through colour;
• A link does not contrast sufficiently against its background;
• At least one interface component has no role, no relevant role, no name or no relevant name;
• At least one interface component cannot be controlled via the keyboard;
• At least one context change cannot be controlled by the user;
• At least one status message is not correctly rendered by assistive technologies;
• At least one piece of text is not rendered by assistive technologies in the application’s primary language;
• At least one piece of text is not structured as a heading;
• At least one list is not correctly structured;
• At least one visible piece of content containing information is not accessible to assistive technologies;
• At least one piece of text cannot be enlarged by at least 200%, or loses information when the font size is enlarged by at least 200%;
• At least one piece of information is conveyed solely through its form;
• At least one form field lacks a label accessible to assistive technologies;
• At least one field label and its associated field are not adjacent;
• At least one required form field is not correctly identified;
• The keyboard tab order is inconsistent on at least one screen;
• The order of output by assistive technologies is not consistent on at least one screen;
• At least one screen loses information when the device is in landscape mode;
• At least one feature that can be activated by a complex gesture cannot be activated by a simple gesture;
• The accessibility statement does not comply with digital accessibility rules.

Disproportionate burden

The app does not meet criterion 11.9 of RAAM v1 as the app remains locked in portrait mode and cannot be displayed in landscape mode. The application remains alternatively viewable in portrait mode.

This statement was prepared on 18 March 2026. The statements contained in this declaration are accurate and based on an effective conformity assessment of these mobile applications with the requirements defined in RAAM 1 , such as an assessment conducted by a third-party: Access42. The statement was last reviewed on 10/04/2026.
