Call centre

The “” call centre is the communication platform of the Public Transport Administration of the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works. Travellers can contact the call centre about all public transport matters, problems or complaints.

Mobility advisers use the “integrated timetable” as their main tool for finding routes. They use it to provide customers with all information on travel options and alternatives to get from one place to another. The call centre helpline is open from 6:45 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday as well as from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on weekends and holidays. The call centre can also be contacted by email.
