Pilot project

As part of its scheme to introduce mBox secure bicycle parking at railway stations, the Verkéiersverbond is aiming to further improve this service by making a bicycle repair station available at the mBox at the Southern Central Railway Station. This repair station will be evaluated. 

Cyclists will be able to use this repair station to solve any current technical problems they may have with their bikes, such as punctures, or simply to adjust their saddle height. The repair station will be equipped with Allen keys for adjusting saddles and a whole range of tools for carrying out small repairs on any sort of bike (mountain bikes, city bikes, racing bikes, etc.), as well as an air pump.

This pilot project will enable us to identify the potential for such bike repair stations. In the autumn, a feedback questionnaire will be sent out to mBox subscribers.
