The Ministry of Mobility and Public Works is proud to announce that the annual “Mam Vëlo op d’Schaff oder an d’Schoul” (MVOS) campaign is back again for another year and will take place from 15 May to 31 July 2021. Cyclists can register to compete from today: www.mvos.lu.

Whether you fancy a new challenge, want to boost your health, reduce your stress, be more independent or even lower greenhouse emissions – there are many different reasons for taking part in the campaign. The principle behind #MVOS2021 is simple: For at least a fortnight during the campaign, when you go to work or school swap your car for your bike.

If you do this, you will qualify for the grand prize draw and with a little luck you might win one of the team prizes worth a total of €16,000! The main prizes include 4 shopping vouchers with a total value of 2,500€ donated by Andy Schleck Cycles and 1 cycling trip through Luxembourg for 4 people worth a total of €2,000 donated by Velosophie. The emphasis in this competition is on taking part rather than performance, so the number of kilometers you cover will not influence your chances!
