Gradual resumption of public transport service from 04/05/2020
On 29 April 2020In the context of the Government’s deconfinement plan, public transport will gradually return to regular service. The first phase starts on 4 May 2020. The second phase is scheduled for 11 May 2020. The following information is also available on our dedicated COVID-19 page.
Please remember that since 20 April 2020, you must wear a protective mask on public transport. Control checks are made by the Police grand-ducale.
RGTR
Lines which entered a reduced weekly service, will return to their regular timetable. The RGTR ‘Sunday and public holiday’ timetable is in place on Saturday, 9 May 2020 for ‘Journée de l’Europe’ and regular Sunday and public holiday service officially returns from 10 May 2020.
School transport
RGTR transport to secondary schools is put back in service. However, timetables have been adjusted given that new school hours end at 12:45. From 11 May 2020, TICE school transport will be available again for Lycée students.

Luxtram
The tram will operate again from Monday to Sunday according to the following timetable:

Adapto
The Adapto service returns back to its regular timetable and also operates again on Sundays and public holidays.
CFL
CFL are going to start reinforcing their offer from 11 May 2020 with 2 trains per hour and per line. A second phase of reinforcement, especially during peak hours, is scheduled from 25 May 2020.
TICE
In the context of the gradual deconfinement plan, TICE is lifting certain restrictions from 11 May 2020. Lines 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 operate again every 15 minutes on weekdays and all lines are put back into service on Sundays and public holidays. TICE school transport will be available again for Lycée students. Its Nightbus service remains suspended until further notice.
CAPABS
Protected workshops and similar structures have been gradually returning to their regular activities since 27 April 2020, and CAPABS transport are adjusted accordingly.
The competence centres of the Ministry of Education, Children and Youth will be serviced again by CAPABS transport from 25 May 2020.
