“Remix Opening Esch 2022” on 26 February 2022 in Esch-sur-Alzette: Travel by public transport!

On the occasion of the official opening of Esch2022, European Capital of Culture, on 26 February 2022, participants of this major event are advised to use public transport to get to the venue. Transport will be partially reinforced on some TICE lines. Please find the details below.
TICE
TICE lines 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7 will be reinforced and will run at a 30-minute interval until midnight. These extra runs will depart according to the following schedule:
- Line 1 – Departure / 21:28 – 22:28 – 23:28
- Line 1 – Return / 21:15 – 22:15 – 23:15
- Line 2 – Departure / 21:18 – 22:18 – 23:18
- Line 2 – Return / 21:50 – 22:50 – 23:50
- Line 4 – Departure / 21:00 – 22:00 – 23:00
- Line 4 – Return / 20:53 – 21:53 – 22:53
- Line 5 – Departure / 20:52 – 21:52 – 22:52
- Line 5 – Return / 21:23 – 22.23 – 23:23
- Line 7 – Departure / 23:03
- Line 7 – Return / 22:32 – 23:32
In view of this event, a diversion will be set up from 11:30 am. Lines 1, 2, 7, 12 and 13 will run between the stops Esch/Alzette, Gare and Esch/Alzette, Grand-Rue and will be brought forward by 3 minutes on their usual schedule.

For further questions, the mobility advisors of the “Mobiliteit.lu” call centre are available to travellers on 2465 2465 from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between 9 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.
