Replacement of the card readers giving access to the mBoxes

The Public Transport Administration informs that in June 2023 the card readers giving access to the mBoxes will be replaced.

The replacement of these readers will have no impact on mBox subscribers. Should access problems nevertheless arise, subscribers can contact the “mobiliteit.lu” call centre on 2465 2465 (Monday to Friday between 6.45am and 7pm and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between 9am and 4.30pm).

For any additional questions, the Call Center mobility advisers are available to travelers on the number 2465 2465 from Monday to Friday between 6:45 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
