Update of the “Adapto.lu” transport reservation system

The Public Transport Administration will update the “Adapto.lu” transport reservation system on November 28, 2021.

An update of the “Adapto.lu” on-demand transport service reservation system is being carried out with the aim of improving transport management and continuously offering a high quality of service to Adapto transport users. This update will integrate a new functionality, making the management of trips more efficient and improving the booking process. The user will receive a booking confirmation in 2 stages, when transport availability is guaranteed, which will reduce any cancellations or travel delays. In order to perform this migration, reservations will be temporarily unavailable, on the mobile application as well as at the call center on Sunday, November 28, 2021.

For any additional questions, the call center mobility advisers are available to users on number 2465 2465 from Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
