mShop has closed its doors: Switch to the CFL mobile app for your tickets!
After 10 years of service, the mShop website permanently closed its doors on 1st September 2025. This decision is part of a natural evolution in customer habits: sales of cross-border RegioZone (RZ) and 1st class tickets via the mShop have gradually declined, while purchases through the CFL App have continued to grow.
In line with our commitment to harmonising and digitalising tickets, this transition to modern, practical solutions is a natural step towards better serving travellers.
Your options as of today
- CFL App: buy your cross-border and 1st class tickets easily and at any time
- Ticket vending machines: Available at railway stations and on their platforms.
Important if you recently purchased tickets on mShop
- Complete your PickUp and validate your tickets to use them.
- The tickets on your mKaart will remain valid until their expiry date.
