Adapto: Satisfaction Survey and Future Improvements

As part of its ongoing commitment to improving specific transport services for disabled people with reduced mobility, the Public Transport Administration has announced the launch of a satisfaction survey among users of the Adapto service.

The objective of this survey, which runs until 31 May 2024, is to better identify users’ concerns in order to improve service quality. The survey aims to directly collect overall satisfaction levels as well as satisfaction levels on specific points such as vehicle punctuality, driver behavior and training, travel booking method, and use of the mobile app. Participants also have the opportunity to provide improvement suggestions, in order to identify any additional priorities other than those included in the survey.
