School bus lines

New operator, new line numbers but same routes starting on 5 January 2026, for school bus lines in the south of the country!

Starting Monday, 5 January 2026, the school buses that take students to high schools and other secondary schools in the southern region will change their organisation.
Until now, these lines were managed by the TICE association. From January onwards, they will be part of the national school network operated by the Public Transport Administration.

Good news: nothing else changes!

  • Timetables stay the same.
  • Routes remain unchanged.
  • Service quality stays identical.

What changes? The line number.

Check the list below to find out which bus to take from January onwards.

For any questions, the mobiliteit.lu call center is available at 2465 2465.

Did you know?

School bus routes are intended for students only and are not open to the public (does not apply to school bus lines operated by the Autobus de la Ville de Luxembourg – AVL).
